Community Program Agreement

Thank you for taking part in the Truffle Community Program.

This agreement outlines how the donated Childhood Portrait Experience will be used and how we'll work together to achieve the best possible fundraising outcome for your organisation. It helps ensure that every Truffle Community Certificate is presented consistently and that families enjoy the premium portrait experience they have been promised.

The Truffle Community Program

The Truffle Community Program provides selected community organisations with a donated Childhood Portrait Experience to use as a premium fundraising asset. Each donated Portrait Experience is individually prepared for the approved organisation and remains subject to Truffle Photo's General Terms & Conditions.

Using Your Organisation's Community Certificate

The Community Certificate will be used only for the fundraising activity described in your Organisation's application, or as otherwise agreed with Truffle Photo.

If your fundraising plans change or your fundraising event is cancelled or significantly delayed, please contact us to discuss the best way to proceed.

The Certificate must not be copied, altered or reproduced without written permission from Truffle Photo.

The Certificate may not be transferred to another organisation or used for commercial promotions.

Acknowledging Truffle Photo

Where practical, the organisation agrees to acknowledge Truffle Photo as the donor of the Childhood Portrait Experience when promoting the fundraising activity.

This might include:

• event programs

• auction catalogues

• newsletters

• websites

• social media posts

Where a logo is used, only the artwork supplied by Truffle Photo should be used, and it must not be altered in colour (with the exception of black and white printing), proportion or appearance.

Awarding the Certificate

Please present the Community Certificate to the successful bidder or winning family together with any accompanying information provided by Truffle Photo.

Please encourage the recipient to redeem their Community Certificate by registering it as soon as practical using the QR code or website shown on the Certificate.

Communication

We'd love to help celebrate your fundraiser where appropriate. Please tag Truffle Photo in relevant social media posts before and during your event.
